However, navigating complex challenges and making sound decisions can be daunting. To tackle this, Dr. Edward de Bono, a renowned psychologist, introduced the Six Thinking Hats framework. Shippensburg University’s Office of Workforce Development, welcomes individuals, teams, and organizations to join us and learn this powerful method and framework to help problem analysis, encouraging diverse perspectives and fostering comprehensive solutions. Our purpose is to help you improve collaboration, problem-solving, innovation, and decision making. By completing this training, you are eligible for 6 hours of ACT 48 credits and 0.6 CEU hours.  - [Course 0002: CPR and First Aid Certification Training](https://prepare.ship.edu/search/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&courseId=1028431): The American Safety Health Institute’s (ASHI) First Aid, CPR, and AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This 3-hour course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. - [Course 0003: Frontline Leadership Program](https://prepare.ship.edu/search/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&courseId=1028981): Time:  Every week on the sections selected day for eight weeks from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (lunch break included). Software Foundations with Arduino (Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy) This course introduces the programming concepts and software skills needed to develop and control robotic systems using Arduino. Participants learn fundamental coding principles, including variables, loops, conditionals, functions, and input/output operations, while gaining hands-on experience programming Arduino microcontrollers to interact with sensors and actuators. Robotics Integration with Arduino (Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy) Building on foundational programming skills, this course focuses on integrating hardware and software to create functional robotic systems.
